Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Scrape Supply is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], a company registered in [COUNTRY OF INCORPORATION] under [COMPANY NUMBER / VAT], with its registered office at [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company, and “you” means the person or organisation using the service.
You can reach us at [CONTACT EMAIL]. The service is provided at https://scraper.systemease.net.
By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
2. What the service does
You give us a search term and a location. We search Google Maps for business listings matching it and return what we find as a list of leads, viewable in the app and downloadable as a CSV file. For each listing we collect the fields Google Maps publishes: business name, phone number, address, website, rating, review count and geographic coordinates, together with the raw listing record.
Where a listing carries a phone number, we submit that number to a third-party phone verification provider, which tells us whether the number is valid and what kind of line it is. That result is what determines whether the lead is charged for — see section 4.
This is a lead research tool. It does not contact anyone on your behalf, send email or SMS, place calls, or manage a campaign. What you do with the results is yours to decide and yours to be responsible for — see section 6.
3. Accounts and organisations
You sign up with an email address and a password, or with a Google account. Every account belongs to an organisation, which is the unit that owns credits, scrapes and leads. Members of the same organisation share its credit balance and can see all of its scrapes and results.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account.
- Organisation owners and admins can buy credits. Any member can start a scrape, which spends the organisation’s credits.
- Tell us at [CONTACT EMAIL] if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
4. Credits, and exactly how you are charged
The service is prepaid. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. You buy a pack of credits, and the pack is the only payment.
- One credit is one delivered lead whose phone number verified. Not a verified mobile — any line type that verifies.
- Leads without a verified phone number are delivered free. They appear in your results and in your CSV export, and they cost you nothing.
- Credits do not expire and are not tied to a billing period.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between organisations and cannot be exchanged for money except as described in the Refund Policy.
How a scrape is charged
When you start a scrape you choose a maximum number of leads. We reserve that full number of credits from your balance immediately — so you can see, before it runs, the most it could possibly cost. When the scrape finishes we charge only for the leads whose phone number verified and return the difference to your balance.
A scrape capped at 500 leads reserves 500 credits. If it finds 340 leads and 180 of those have a phone number that verifies, you are charged 180 credits and 320 are returned. If it finds nothing, all 500 are returned. This applies to a scrape you stop early too: you are charged for what had already been found and verified, and the rest comes back.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe on a checkout page hosted by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. [TAX TREATMENT] applies to the prices shown. Prices are the ones displayed on the billing page at the moment you buy; we may change them for future purchases, and a change never affects credits you already hold.
5. What we can and cannot promise
Results depend on a public data source we do not control, and the number of leads a scrape returns is not something we can guarantee. A search may legitimately return fewer leads than your cap, or none at all, because that is how many businesses are listed for that term in that place — or because the source was slow, rate-limited or changed.
The charging model in section 4 is our answer to that: you pay for delivered, verified leads and nothing else, so a thin result costs you proportionally less and an empty one costs you nothing.
- We do not warrant that listing data is accurate or current. It is what the public source published at the moment we read it. Businesses close, move and change numbers.
- Phone verification is a third party’s opinion of a number, not a guarantee that someone will answer it.
- We aim to keep the service available but do not commit to an uptime figure. Support is by email at [CONTACT EMAIL]; we aim to respond within [SUPPORT RESPONSE TIME].
- Scrapes are queued and processed in turn. A scrape can take minutes to hours depending on its size.
6. How you may use the service and the data
You are responsible for how you use the leads we deliver, including having a lawful basis to contact the businesses in them. Rules on unsolicited calls, email and SMS differ by country and are yours to comply with. We cannot and do not advise you on them; see [GOVERNING LAW] and take your own advice.
You agree not to:
- use the service, or the data it produces, for anything unlawful, or in a way that harasses or defrauds the businesses listed;
- attempt to interfere with credit accounting, or to obtain leads without them being charged for as described in section 4;
- share one account between people in order to avoid buying credits, or resell access to the service itself;
- attempt to gain access to another organisation’s data, probe the service’s security, or use automated means to overload it;
- reverse engineer, copy or create a derivative of the service.
The leads a scrape returns are yours to use in your own business, subject to the paragraph above. We do not claim ownership of your results.
7. Suspension, termination, and what happens to credits
You can stop using the service at any time. To have your account and data deleted, [ACCOUNT DELETION PROCESS].
We may suspend or close an account that breaches section 6, or where we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.
What happens to unused credits when an account closes is set out in the Refund Policy.
8. Privacy
The Privacy Policy describes what we collect about you, what the service collects on your behalf, the third parties we send data to, and how long we keep it. It forms part of these terms.
9. Liability
[LIABILITY CAP]
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. The specific exclusions, the cap, and how they interact with consumer protections in your country are for [GOVERNING LAW] to determine and are deliberately left for legal review rather than drafted here.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Where a change materially affects you we will give [TERMS CHANGE NOTICE PERIOD] notice by email to the address on your account. Credits you already hold keep the terms they were bought under.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by [GOVERNING LAW]. Disputes are handled as follows: [DISPUTE PROCESS].
12. Contact
Questions about these terms: [CONTACT EMAIL], or by post to [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS].
